Having looked to purchase our first home for over 2 years without success, Chris and BuyerX were recommended to us by a friend. Chris' impact was immediately noticeable. Chris was diligent, took the load off of us inspecting properties and dealing with agents, was honest and open when he didn't think a property met our expectations and priorities (even if we thought it did!), and was incredibly proactive and patient with us.
