Having looked to purchase our first home for over 2 years without success, Chris and BuyerX were recommended to us by a friend. Chris' impact was immediately noticeable. Chris appeared on our behalf for an auction just before Easter for a property that was very popular and we were very keen on. Along with his colleague, Tim Picken, we had discussed the auction strategy at length and on Saturday morning it was all about execution. We recently bought the family home. We started looking half-heartedly in 2020... then ramped up efforts toward the end of 2021. Pre-approval, some agent interactions, even a couple of bids but we were getting nowhere. Michael Sier knows the Mornington Peninsula! I've been going down there for nearly 60 years so I'm pretty cluey but Michael takes it to a whole new level. Highly recommend Michael. He found us a beautiful place in Flinders during a crazy market. Nothing was too much or too hard for him. Very attentive to our needs. I purchased a property in 2019 with the help of Nuno from BuyerX. The market was changing quickly in mid-2019 and the idea of dragging myself around each weekend looking at multiple properties quickly became stale and tiring.
