Hamada from BuyerX Inner West is an absolute weapon. Buying our first property on our own was like constantly opening a can of worms and took us too much time to get up and running. This is the second time we have engaged Hamada and we could not be happier in doing so. Our brief was for a very specific location on a set budget. He was very responsive and we could contact him at any time (he must not sleep!). Hamada did a fantastic job in working and negotiating with numerous agents in the area. Michael Sier knows the Mornington Peninsula! I've been going down there for nearly 60 years so I'm pretty cluey but Michael takes it to a whole new level. We wanted a house in the right place and had an extensive checklist. By the time we were done, all of them were ticked. He's totally professional and was communicative through the whole process. The house we finished up buying started off market and was soon categorised as investment grade by Michael so we had total confidence in proceeding. Highly recommend Michael. He found us a beautiful place in Flinders during a crazy market. Nothing was too much or too hard for him. Very attentive to our needs. I purchased a property in 2019 with the help of Nuno from BuyerX. The market was changing quickly in mid-2019 and the idea of dragging myself around each weekend looking at multiple properties quickly became stale and tiring. As first home buyers, we were pretty reluctant to spend cash set aside for the deposit on a buyers agent. After spending months of not even coming close to closing a deal, once we engaged Hamada our pre-auction offers were suddenly being taken seriously by real estate agents.
