Hamada from BuyerX Inner West is an absolute weapon. Buying our first property on our own was like constantly opening a can of worms and took us too much time to get up and running. The first call with Hamada instantly gave myself and my partner direction and clear mindset toward where we should be focussing. We bought within a couple of months of low stock levels. This is the second time we have engaged Hamada and we could not be happier in doing so. Our brief was for a very specific location on a set budget. He was very responsive and we could contact him at any time (he must not sleep!). Hamada did a fantastic job in working and negotiating with numerous agents in the area. He provided us with off and pre-market opportunities. We ended up going to auction and he did an amazing job securing the property. I must say without his bidding strategy we would not have secured our dream property. As first home buyers, we were pretty reluctant to spend cash set aside for the deposit on a buyers agent. After spending months of not even coming close to closing a deal, once we engaged Hamada our pre-auction offers were suddenly being taken seriously by real estate agents. It was surprising how many off-or-pre market opportunities we weren’t seeing and it was also great to get a look in at these before the general public. We recently engaged Hamada to act as a buyer’s agent for us in our purchase of a property in Sydney. We are based in Brisbane and due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, we were unable to travel to Sydney to view prospective properties, which was a nerve-wracking prospect. We found Hamada to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and reliable in our search for the right property. He was very easy to communicate with and happy to share his knowledge with us and answered our questions promptly. David is what I’d always hoped a buyers agent would be. He is data driven, very understanding of personal needs (family types, income situation), and patient – it always felt like he was with us for the journey, rather than pushing us to buy quickly. As overseas buyers, we loved his accessibility via whatsapp and happiness to chat through our changing scenarios on a weekly basis. Ultimately, however, it was his persistence to the task which made the difference. He literally visited every property with our criteria over a period of 11 months, many off market and immediately provided pricing and suitability advice so that we were always up to speed. It was as close as possible to us being on the ground. Then when it came time to buy he mobilised, had a plan and made an offer which effectively closed off other buyers. Since the transaction he has supported us with settlement, design discussions and any other related admin. People talk about building a great team and finding a ‘trusted advisor’. That’s what you get with David.

As our buyer’s agent, David knew how to negotiate a very convoluted and protracted process, completely foreign to us (and we’re hardly first home buyers), before managing to secure our dream home against some very fierce competition. We’ve never used a buyer’s agent before; now we can’t imagine ever buying without one. And our choice would be David again, without hesitation.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service David provides. He is an exceptional agent, with phenomenal knowledge. He is calm and conscientious in his approach and manner with excellent communication skills. I truly believe he would never settle for anything less than the right property, which makes him unique as he treats it as a personal project and if it’s not good enough for him than it’s not good enough for his client. He has a unique and honest approach and I have found him to be a breath of fresh air and someone I truly trust.

Hamada is the bomb and unrivalled. He is generous with his time and knowledge, is exceedingly thorough and has expert knowledge of all aspects of the business. I was increasingly confused searching on my own and he listened so carefully and focused the search with zero intrusiveness. Within a month I had realised all my goals.
