Kelly Eyes
Kelly began her career in Real Estate in 2016, and has worked across all facets of the industry. From leasing and property management to sales and now as a buyer’s advocate, Kelly has been an integral part of the BuyerX team since 2021. Kelly’s strengths draw upon her excellent customer service experience, timely and accurate property research and detailed reporting.
Kelly has been involved in over 120 transactions in her time as a buyer’s advocate, with numerous happy and loyal clients singing her praises.

Starting her working life in the hospitality industry, Kelly also studied marketing and business before entering the world of real estate in 2016. Thriving on the daily challenges of sourcing, matching and preparing reports for clients so they’re given the very best information and research.
A true local in the Inner North-West, Kelly has an in-depth understanding of her territory and has developed great relationships with sales agents.
With a passion for travelling and keeping fit, Kelly also loves catching up with friends and discovering new cafes and restaurants in and around the area, where she lives with her young family.

I purchased a property in 2019 with the help of Nuno from BuyerX. The market was changing quickly in mid-2019 and the idea of dragging myself around each weekend looking at multiple properties quickly became stale and tiring. Nuno was incredibly knowledgeable about the inner north property market and considered all my personal preferences so I only saw quality properties which met my needs. In the end the property I purchased was off-market, so I would not have had the opportunity to buy had I not used his services. Nuno took care of the negotiations and most of the paperwork and I’m now happily settled in East Brunswick.
