Chris Guest is a licensed real estate agent who spent close to a decade selling family homes in Stonnington and Boroondara back in the early 2000s with Marshall White and RT Edgar.
Having re-entered the industry in the past couple of years as a Buyers Advocate, Chris has a thorough understanding of both sides of the transaction and is able to draw upon his strong business skills from his time in corporate sponsorship and sports management.
Having grown up in Stonnington all his life, Chris’ long-standing passion and energetic approach to real estate means he has built a strong reputation with colleagues and clients and has developed a good understanding of his clients’ needs when buying a family home.
Chris is well qualified and knows what to look for in a family home, having two teenage children of his own, Sophie and Harry. In his spare time Chris enjoys playing golf at Royal Melbourne, being actively involved in his kids sports and spending time with family and friends.

Chris appeared on our behalf for an auction just before Easter for a property that was very popular and we were very keen on. Along with his colleague, Tim Picken, we had discussed the auction strategy at length and on Saturday morning it was all about execution. Chris’ demeanour from the outset was focussed and conveyed that he was there to win. And win he did! His bidding was strong and confident but controlled in that he secured the property for us at a reasonable price and well within the budget we had given him. Needless to say we were very pleased with the outcome.
