At the time of engagement they were looking all over Melbourne, and after a quick education process we guided them to South Yarra as it suited their needs, budget and is where Jane grew up.

Buying Journey Summary:

It was important to start the search while J and J were in the process of selling the family home. During the early stage of the search we were able to show them a number of off-market properties that helped put context on the stock available online. This process uncovered a shortlist of good options, that were a mix of Townhouses and apartments. J and J agreed that Townhouses were a little to competitive for their desired budget so we focused on high quality apartments with the ‘X’ factor.

On inspection of an on market property (which was not quite for them) and through our relationship with the agent he introduced us to a quiet off market in the building. The process was little complex from their due to the apartment being tenanted and access limited. We stayed on the case, got access realising quickly this was the right home for the client. In order to move as quick as we could to ensure we limited competition we called on our streamlined due diligence process and network of support. Smashing out DD and moving to negotiation faster than all the market.
