Having relocated from Melbourne with her husband and three young boys some years ago, Kate has spent her time researching and investing in the Noosa property market, whilst also achieving significant success in helping family and friends find their slice of paradise. This passion has driven Kate to become a market expert and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and leading agents across the Sunshine Coast – many of whom are now personal friends.

Identifying an opportunity in the market to better support property buyers, it was only a matter of time before Kate turned her passion for property and helping others into a career. Kate is well-placed to assist clients on a journey that she has successfully lived and breathed herself.

A relationship builder at heart with a professional background in property and corporate marketing, Kate is well regarded for her broad network, ability to deeply understand client needs, and innate ability to source and secure hard-to-find properties.

With a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne, and Grad Dip. Applied Finance and Investment, Ed brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience from top-tier global financial service and infrastructure firms. Over this time, Ed has successfully navigated the market cycles in investment analysis, product development, and project delivery roles. The customer has always been at the centre of these roles- Ed is an expert at deeply understanding an opportunity and subsequently building and efficiently executing on a strategy.

Ed has bought, sold, developed, and renovated multiple properties in Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula, and Noosa Shire. Coming from a family of leading property developers and real estate business owners, Edward thrives on applying his passion and business acumen in this arena.

Outside of delivering for clients, Ed is an active member of the community and relishes the active outdoor lifestyle Noosa affords – running, biking, and surfing with friends at any opportunity.
