I conducted thorough due diligence which was particularly important on a home of this calibre, particularly when E & A were unable to travel interstate to inspect the home themselves. After a long negotiation, we were successful in purchasing the home and managed to arrange terms that suited E & A’s future plans to move the family interstate to their new home.
