Buying Journey Summary:

After meeting with Anne-Marie we agreed to go to at an Auction in Armadale, but unfortunately we were unsuccessful. We then widened the search to a few suburbs but kept it nice and tight. We looked at a few off market options in Armadale and Prahran before coming across Spring St. It was a perfect fit, secure parking, 3 bedrooms, renovated, nice outdoor space and close to shops and transport. We inspected the property early on so the 4 weeks to Auction day felt like about 6 weeks. We were interested but kept looking around just incase we were to miss the opportunity. Auction day came around and it went perfectly. Passed into us, we negotiated for about 30 minutes and secured the property.
