Buying Journey Summary:

When we first met C via Zoom, he explained that he had been looking online for approximately 6 months from afar and wasn’t getting much, if any, traction. He was referred to us by his lawyer. We got under the hood of what he was hoping to achieve and every option he had seen online and liked the look of. There were undoubtedly some decent options he could have pursued.

After understanding what he was trying to achieve and the budget he had to work with, we felt C had a chance of being able to buy direct waterfront in Noosa Waters. Outside of overseeing building & pest and conveyancing matters end to end, we also introduced C to a Private Banker in our network. Our banker provided C with debt structuring and refinancing solutions across his Australian domiciled assets. The savings generated here alone more than offset our fee. This, in addition to securing an A+ waterfront asset in Noosa to repatriate to with his family in the years ahead.
