After selling off market in Surrey Hills, they were in a hurry to secure a home by the end of the October. A clear brief was given, being a small renovated 3 bed home with secure parking, close to shops and transport.

Buying Journey Summary:

I had a clear brief and timeline to secure a home. We looked in Hawthorn, Hawthorn East, Richmond and Camberwell. We attended a couple of Auctions in Hawthorn, to see them go over the budget. We then settled on Glencairn Ave Camberwell. It suited the clients lifestyle and stage of life. Was renovated, had 3 bedrooms and a double garage. The Auction was competitive, 3 bidders and we secured it at a very reasonable price.

After selling our family home of 25 years in Surrey Hills we engaged Chris Guest to help us in our search for a suitable downsizing option that addressed a handful of key criteria that we were wanting in our new house for a new stage of life.
